SCHOOL-WIDE COORDINATOR – SCOPE OF WORK AND COMPENSATION

Total Compensation: $35,000 


Includes 300 hours of service plus professional development seminars

for administrative staff, classroom teachers, SECAs, and additional support staff




SCOPE OF WORK:
The consultant will serve as the School-Wide Coordinator, working in direct collaboration with the school principal to strengthen operations, support leadership initiatives, and drive measurable school improvement. Services will be delivered both on-site and virtually to help the school meet its goals related to safety, discipline, staff performance, compliance, culture, and instructional support.

This engagement is designed to enhance schoolwide systems, reinforce team accountability, elevate the learning environment, and help document the school’s continued progress and leadership efforts. The consultant will help ensure that structures are in place to support strong student outcomes, promote effective communication, and align with district and community expectations.

CONSULTANT RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:
• Conducting a comprehensive school walkthrough and operational review
• Performing a safety and security audit with written feedback and follow-up support
• Developing and distributing job descriptions and supervision schedules for all support staff
• Assisting with the implementation of a consistent schoolwide discipline system and behavior tracking tools
• Clarifying staff roles and expectations across departments to ensure full coverage and accountability
• Providing coaching and leadership development support to the Assistant Principal and Restorative Justice Coordinator
• Supporting the principal in internal communication planning, including memos, staff bulletins, and talking points
• Guiding the creation, organization, and maintenance of a confidential leadership documentation binder
• Planning and facilitating a school culture reset and morale-building activities to reinforce a positive climate
• Supporting classroom observations and follow-up conversations to strengthen instruction and student engagement
• Assisting with compliance-related responsibilities, such as staff training documentation, safety protocols, and school plans
• Providing support in the review and alignment of school improvement goals with district priorities
• Offering strategic coaching to support decision-making, implementation timelines, and follow-through on key initiatives
• Preparing documentation, summaries, and leadership evidence for LSC and CPS meetings
• Coordinating and delivering professional development seminars tailored to the roles and needs of all school staff
• Supporting efforts to strengthen parent and community engagement through structured outreach and communication
• Helping develop systems to monitor and support student achievement, engagement, and academic progress
• Assisting with budget alignment, program evaluation, and resource utilization strategies
• Providing tools and templates for effective delegation, leadership meetings, and tracking of assignments
• Maintaining a confidential record of all support provided, including measurable progress and systems implemented



 

INVOICE SCHEDULE
• $10,000 submitted upon completion of Milestone 1 (100 hours)


• $10,000 submitted upon completion of Milestone 2 (100 hours)


• $10,000 submitted upon completion of Milestone 3 (100 hours)


• Remaining $5,000 submitted upon completion of professional development seminars for administrative staff, classroom, teachers, SECAs, and additional support staff.
